13+ Year&amp;#39;s working with SQL server technology (since 6.5.. even did a few weeks on a 4.2 !!!)  upto and including the most recent builds and releases.

Love to find ways to program, trouble-shoot, fix and genrally cajoule Sql server to OBEY and FULFILL my every command (We can always wish ..)

Now more involved in within UK SQL Community, volunteering &amp;amp; presenting @ various regional User Groups, writing SQL related Blogs &amp;amp; Tweets (@Neil_Hambly ) and recently started to train to pass the MCM SQL Server 2008

Hopefully experts would find it easier to commit to something like this as they wouldn't have to prepare a major presentation. It could also give a starting point to people who know a subject but haven't presented yet. A bit like a gateway drug!&lt;/p&gt;

I'm toying with the idea of doing a whole saturday on performance tuning, hardware and storage - but I'd have to charge to cover venue costs and food/drinks.&lt;/p&gt;
