The public CTP for DataDude SR1 is now available!

The public CTP release for our first service release is now available.

This release enables:

·          3/4 part name resolution through a new feature called database references

·          Files are now part of the project definition and can be fully parameterized to match you deployment needs (this replaces the need for the storage deployment script)

·          SQLCMD variable support; this adds a project property page for editing variables that you can then use inside your scripts. Variables are stored inside the project file and can be mapped to MSBuild properties.

Besides that we fixed parser, interpreter bugs and the performance bugs for which we released an hotfix earlier this year.

This release does require Visual Studio 2005 SP1.
