About Gavin Payne


I’m Gavin Payne, a technology consultant from London.

This blog has my articles related to SQL Server on it.
My other blog (link) has a broader range of articles and where necessary I’ll double post.

I'm a Senior Consultant working for Coeo, a consultancy and managed services provider dedicated to SQL Server. Prior to this I worked as a DBA and Infrastructure Architect for 15 years, mostly recently with managed services providers.

As well as this I'm a regular contributor to the UK SQL Server community, presenting my own material at conferences and user groups.
